Job Title: Sales Ledger Accountant
Reports to: Group Finance Manager
Direct Reports: None
Purpose of the job: Form an integral part of STRI Group’s accountancy operations, providing key bookkeeping support by managing the sales ledger, processing invoices, liaising with clients and applying credit control
Areas of Responsibility:
- End-to-end sales ledger management across multiple departments in multiple companies
comprising: - New supplier form completion
- Manage sales invoice forecast
- Liaise with project managers on sales invoice queries
- Raise invoices and book on the ledgers
- Deal with client queries from sales invoices raised
- Credit control
Person Specification:
- Previous experience of bookkeeping essential
- Experience with Xero is desired
- Competent use of Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication skills
- Effective planning and time management skills
- Self-starter
